Mickey L. Stevens
Principal Attorney
Mickey is a veteran of the air force and one of our lead attorneys. Prior to becoming an attorney, he had a varied background in government agencies. He did child abuse investigations in Texas, worked for a foster care agency, law enforcement and even did real estate appraisal. Since becoming an attorney, he worked for the Arkansas DHS representing the agency in court. He has handled family, criminal and civil rights cases as well as other types of litigation. Mickey represented thousands of Social Security/Disability cases in over a dozen states.
Claude W. Skelton, Jr.
Principal Attorney
Claude Skelton earned his B.S. B.A. and J.D. from U of A and was admitted to practice before the State of Arkansas. He then spent more than 30 years as a regional council for the USDA and oversaw the legal office which represented the agency in several states. In this capacity, Claude represented the government in various types of civil litigation, including cases involving employment law, real property issues, agricultural issues, fraud and administrative law and proceedings, maritime law, and various other areas of law.
Gary Avery
Social Security Disability Case Manager
Gary is our senior case analyst and legal writer. He is a Navy veteran who spent countless years working for the Social Security administration. Gary has worked thousands of disability cases and has an in-depth knowledge of procedures, policies, practices, case law and regulations that apply to disability cases. He spent years teaching martial arts and now enjoys his free time with his great grand kids.

Intake Specialist and Case Manager
Erin is our intake specialist and case manager. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, her knowledge is unparalleled in helping our clients build case strategies that get approvals. She has an adventurous spirit and a great love for the outdoors. She loves camping and spending time with her family.

Amanda is our marketing director and paralegal. She came to us with several years of medical office and billing experience. She has a passion for learning new things and loves watching SEC sports, with LSU being her favorite team. She is creative spirit and has a passion for helping people, which makes her great for our outreach to clients.
